Born from an idea of experimentation and respect for raw materials. This spirit is the result of distilling our beers that didn’t follow the right path, avoiding waste and exploring new boundaries of taste, while staying true to our artisanal spirit.
The distillation, carefully carried out in a copper still, captures the soul of malt and hops and transforms them into something unexpected.
Crystalline, smooth and velvety on the palate, it does not betray its beer origins. The high alcohol content is barely noticeable, leaving room for a enveloping and sweet sip.
How to enjoy it: Serve at 8°C. Perfect at the end of a meal, for meditation, or paired with our typical Ticino desserts.
