MICROBIRRIFICIO MóMò was founded in the Mendrisiotto region from a genuine passion for beer and from the continuous search for a balance between technique and creativity.
Since 2012 we have been producing in small batches, carefully selecting our raw materials and overseeing every stage of the production process with precision and attention to detail.
Within our team, technical expertise and sensory sensitivity coexist: the presence of a beer sommelier helps define character, harmony, and recognisability in every recipe.
Alongside top-fermented craft beers, we develop seasonal creations, sour beers, and special editions, as well as spirits, interpreting different styles with personality and consistency.
Our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised, with no preservatives, in order to preserve their aromatic integrity.

Alongside our core labels, we craft seasonal beers, sour beers, and special editions designed to explore new aromatic profiles and offer ever-changing tasting experiences.

• 2-liter bottles with swing-top closure (returnable)
