Since 2012, we have been brewing small batches in the Mendrisiotto region, combining technical expertise, carefully selected ingredients, and production processes refined down to the smallest detail.
Our team includes a certified beer sommelier, ensuring balance, harmony, and distinctive character in every recipe, delivering refined and recognizable tasting experiences.
Our range features top-fermented beers available year-round, alongside seasonal creations, sour beers, and special editions crafted for the most demanding enthusiasts.
All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, with no additives or preservatives, preserving authentic aromas and superior quality.

• Elegant 75 cl bottles
• 2-liter bottles with swing-top closure (returnable)
