By placing an order on the site momo.beer, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

2. Products

The products for sale are craft beers and spirits made by Microbirrificio MóMò.
Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include any applicable taxes.
Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout (e.g., TWINT, credit cards).

4. Shipping

Shipments are made exclusively to:

• Switzerland (CH)

• Liechtenstein (FL)

Orders are processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out via the couriers available at the time of order.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before order confirmation.

5. Returns and Refunds

The customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once the return has been received and verified, a refund for the value of the returned products will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Liability

Microbirrificio MóMò is not liable for delays or service disruptions attributable to couriers or causes of force majeure.
