Description
A dark and proud beer, Porter-style with hazelnut-coloured foam. Nowadays also for the most refined palates, at the time it was designed to be full-bodied and nourishing for dock workers.
Hence the recipe for an intense and complex beer. The roasted notes blend with bitter aromas, creating flavours of liquorice, coffee and cocoa.
