Data collected through the site

Through the contact form we collect:

  • first name and last name
  • email address
  • message content

When using the online shop, the data necessary for order management is also collected, such as:

  • first name and last name
  • billing and shipping address
  • email address
  • any data required for order fulfillment

Payments are handled through certified external providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or similar). The site does not directly store payment data.

Purpose of processing

Personal data is used exclusively to:

  • respond to contact requests
  • manage orders and commercial communications
  • comply with legal and tax obligations

Data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and security tools

Through the dedicated application form we collect:

  • telephone number (optional)

  • curriculum vitae and attached documents

  • any notes or messages

Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively for:

  • evaluating the application in view of future job opportunities

  • contacting the applicant for further information

  • storing the curriculum for potential future openings

Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). For any special categories of data (e.g. trade union membership, health information mentioned in the CV), processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.

Retention period
CVs and related data are stored for a maximum period of 24 months from receipt, unless the data subject requests earlier deletion.

Optional provision
Providing data is optional. Failure to submit will make it impossible to evaluate the application.

Data disclosure
Data is neither disclosed to third parties nor disseminated. Authorized brewery personnel (human resources manager) may access it for the purposes indicated above.
